Come on baby, do the Conga

Here’s a recipe for a first-of-its-kind interactive, UGC, star-studded music video.

  1. Get Meek Mill, Leslie Grace, and Boi-1da in the studio together to remix a dance floor classic - the Conga

  2. Create a mobile submission hub that will allow fans around the world to sing and dance along to the Conga and submit their videos to be a part of the music video.

    • ***It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. I managed 6 teams, each owning a different part of the technical architecture, each in a different time zone, over the span of 11 months. No sleep, just lots of code, coffee, singing and dancing.

  3. Go shoot in Portugal during a pandemic with a 20+ on-camera talent, slim crew, and a slimmer timeline + budget.

  4. Roll it all up into a tight, incisive, and robust global, omnichannel campaign.

  5. Sip a Coco Conga when it’s all done.
